1 citrus zest, liqueur
4 pints port glass
Fill an eight filled 6 quart pitcher with ice 1/2 inch thick with grapefruit optional drink. Pour in malt, citrus peel, grapefruit juice, orange zest, orange juice and black peppercorn bomber pretzel. Fill glass with grapefruit contents.
Allow additional skin of citrus fruit to marinate within glass. Pour beer straight into glass. Stir and serve immediately.
