2 1/2 pounds tomatoes
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a blender, combine tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, water, salt and pepper. Puree and return tomatoes. Chill until serving.
