2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 pound smoked sausage links
2 (13 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chives
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Season sausage with salt and pepper to taste.
Place sausage, tomato, tomatoes with green chives and chicken broth in a large stockpot. Stir together, and cook over medium heat until sausage is softened and liquid is reduced.
\ Place chicken in saucepan and add water to cover. Cook on medium heat for 1-2 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through and juices are in 2 lardens.
