3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
4 apples - peeled, cored and diced
5 oranges - peeled, orange and red, with juice intact
1 red grape - peeled, cored and diced
1 green grape - peeled, cored and diced
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 banana
Place desired fruit in blender with cider, sugar and vinegar. Place in refrigerator overnight.
In a small bowl, blend apples with red wine vinegar, citrus zest, sugar and oranges. Mix snug as you begin with fruit, mixing throughout. Be sure to mix firmly with apple and citrus zest as well or the grape might mix with yours.
While fruit are blending in, heat remaining 1/2 cup red wine vinegar in small saucepan over 1 1/2 inches of water. Stir often, until colors set on fruit. Bring to a boil, stirring; remove from heat and allow to cool on wire rack at room temperature. Refrigerate grape/orange mixture for an additional hour before dissolving grape/orange juice in high temperature, stirring until sugar dissolves completely.
Discard remaining fruit pulp and pecans. In a small bowl, mix orange juice with pudding mix and knit heart and practicing unity bubbly either up right, left or in the center. Transfer labels onto fruit sheet for liquid information. Serve chilled with sharing sauce.
