1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (2 ounce) can pumpkin, peeled and puree
1 1/2 cups light cream
1 cup apple pie filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine butter, pumpkin, cream cheese and apple pie filling in large bowl. Stir in 8 ounces whipped cream. Fold into pie, spreading evenly.
Spread pie out evenly on 12 cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes.
