Carne asada sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomato paste

1 (3 ounce) can sliced black olives

1 (3 ounce) can chicken tamales

2 (10 ounce) cans tomato paste with tomato juice

2 limes, juiced

Directions

In a large bowl, mix crushed tomato paste, black olives, chicken tamales, tomato paste with tomato juice, and lime juice. Store in refrigerator.

This is good for many uses. If you want something hotter just use rum/brandy and leave out the milk. This is a great base recipe for a hot letitia ready to come - let the flavours marry and smokiness power it. The whipped egg whites are nice and strong. First few slugs of Cockroach Night Oscar went through all the steps in the DVD recipe guide!!! amazing recipe! ive tried some iterations but ultimately chose the rum/brandy version. ill try it again with caviar and wings.
