really dandy but with some adjustments, it's a lot like bread pudding. I solo-breaded 3 eggs yolks; later to mix with meat and cheese, then to refrigerate; afterward to finish. this is a great basic recipe for making meatballs; responsible baking is not required but brings a great flavour. - Jen H. 4.0 I followed the recipe, exactly (or so I thought)! I made basically as written except I didn't put the raisins in until I added the flour and milk. I didn't expect them to be as flakey as they turned out, but they were really thin. Maybe I'll add another egg tomorrow. Will make again....I really enjoyed this recipe.
