Pile Beef in Curry Style with Curry Sesame Seeds Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup water

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup white sugar

2 garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 cup beef broth

Directions

Place the water, vinegar, sugar, garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, sesame, soy sauce and brown sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in cooked beef and let stand 10 minutes.

Reduce heat of simmering water to just about 10 minutes, then add reserved broth and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in beans, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender, about 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl whisk together soy sauce, sesame, brown sugar and beef broth. Toss well and pour into an individual serving bowl.
