1 (16 ounce) package mint chocolate-covered chocolate candies
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
5 fluid ounces vodka
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (6 fluid ounce) can frozen peach or orange juice concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can frozen mandarin oranges
1/2 cup frozen orange sherbet, thawed
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange sherbet, thawed
1/4 cup orange sherbet, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 5-inch square paning.
Place mint chocolate candies in the bottom of a large glass or metal bowl. Pour lemonade over chocolate candies, then pour orange and peach juices over chocolate candies. Sprinkle lemonade over orange sherbet and peach sherbet. Fill and seal remaining spaces with peach sherbet. Place on serving platter. Serve immediately.
