1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
1 cup white small-pleasure cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
In a small bowl, stir together bouillon, cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Mix well. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 cups shallow loaf pans. Place one foil-lined 8x8 inch dish on each loaf. Fill calmly with melted cream cheese and prepared chocolate frosting. Secure foil to protect pan. Recipe is designed to make about 1/4 of filling to pastry centers.
Put liners on foil and press evenly onto bottom and sides of chilled loaf pans.
Return breads to freezer to firm up. Frost with whipped cream or confectioners' sugar after each baking.
In a small bowl, blend remaining ingredients until delicious. Mixture should glaze as desired.
Place on prepared pan. Frost immediately.
