2/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing
7 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
4 cups cooked spaghetti
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
In a medium saucepan, beat whipping cream. Spray a large bowl with cooking spray, and place over medium heat, whisking constantly. Pour over salad. Cover, and chill at least 2 hours.
Remove cheese from salad and stir in Cheddar cheese. Set aside.
Mix Italian-style dressing and spaghetti in a small bowl.
Combine the sour cream and Italian seasoning. Spread evenly into a 12x15 inch serving dish. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with spaghetti salad.
