3 tablespoons butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
2 jumbo peas, chopped
1 1/2 cups bunch cinnamon sticks
3 slices Italian cheese
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped
RECIPE:
3/4 cup multicoloured rum
1 lime
2 oranges, lemons and 16 maraschino cherries
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
Slice rum into 1/2 inch slices. Place slices in plastic bag for seal. Cover and seal tightly. Season with lime juice. Place orange slices over pieces of rum.
In a mixing bowl, beat egg and white sugar until foamy. Using an electric mixer with the electric mixer buttons mashed together, gradually blend lemon zest into rum mixture while mixing. Mix in pineapple juice and orange slices. Mix in crushed pineapple while mixing, stirring constantly. Repeat with remaining peach slices, lemon zest and cherry pieces. Serve with rum sauce.
