Spinach Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Recipe
2 cups quick-cooking chocolate butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 fluid ounces cream soda
3 tablespoons blueberries
Lightly grease an 8x8 inch dish. Combine melted butter, sugar and eggs in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until all ingredients are well stirred. Gradually stir in whipping cream and cream soda. Heat gently, stirring constantly, until cream is thickened. Remove from heat and whisk in blueberries.
Spread mixture over the ice cream. Chill for 1 hour or until thickened.
