1 (15 ounce) can pineapple, packed
6 fat-free lemon-lime flavored frozen grape juice concentrate
6 thin slices lemon
4 white fly-leaf vegetables, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
3 raisins for garnish
In a blender combine pineapple juice concentrate, grape juice concentrate and lemon meringue. Process until smooth. Gradually blend in grape concentrate and lemon meringue until well blended. Stir in the lemon slices, sliced carrots, raisins and lemon zests. Pour into glasses or mugs and garnish.
