1 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup almond extract
2 tablespoons almond extract
1/2 cup dark rum
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
3 teaspoons lemon extract
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped almonds
In a small bowl, mix butter, honey, almond extract, almond extract and dark rum. Mix lightly and refrigerate until serving.
Combine vanilla extract and lemon extract in a separate small bowl, and fold into butter mixture. Blend in lemon extract and confectioners' sugar; sprinkle mixture over top of cream cheese frosting. Refrigerate until set.
Heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Saute cheeses until golden, about 10 minutes. Pour over cream cheese frosting; sprinkle with pecans. Continue to cook 2 minutes, or until melted.
