1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dried chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried sage
In a medium saucepan, heat oil, vinegar, apple juice, celery salt, onion and sage over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 6 hours or so, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, stir in rice wine vinegar, celery salt and onion salt. Preserve under cold water.
