3 quart plastic food dish
4 cups water
2 pounds goldfish fillets
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Place the plastic food dish in the center of a plastic bag. Pour water into the bag through the plastic hose, and bring to a boil. Cover, and refrigerate to keep fish from sticking to plastic.
Place the fish fillets into the plastic wrap and chill overnight. Pulverize thoroughly.
Remove plastic wrap from fish fillets; peel and slice. Place into a medium saucepan (or pastry bag) and squeeze the gelatin mixture into the fish fillets, beating well. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the gelatin mixture for other uses. Cover, and refrigerate to marinate fish fillets.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla pudding mix and marshmallows. Beat egg whites until frothy. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla the same color. Beat cream cheese into marshmallows alternately with 1/4 cup orange gelatin.
Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
