2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup bourbon
1 cup yellow mustard
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
In a small saucepan heat 1 tablespoon butter (1/2 cup is OK) over medium heat. Boil until creamy, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add egg and mustard; heat. Stir in water; boil stirring constantly. Return to heat. Stir in oil. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup butter, then cut in mustard, whisking constantly.
Make ready to use ingredients in less than 5 minutes. Pour over ice cream for dipping and serve.
