Lemon Mints Recipe

Ingredients

8 brindled cherries

12 frozen strawberries, diced

16 fluid ounces OJ carbonated water

1 1/2 quarts lime juice

Directions

Bring eggs and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir a little lemon juice into 1 cup of water to make a splash. Bring mixture to a simmer. Continue boiling until warm (this is the critical dehydration period where you want to let everything cool completely before serving)

Bake cups in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly with egg white. Cool completely in a glass ice cube tray. Garnish with shaved rind.
