Mrs. Potter Favorite Shrimp Peel Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon ground lemon zest

1/3 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, chopped

8 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

6 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon dried oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place the butter, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, ginger, salt, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Stir continuously about 2 minutes, until thoroughly combined. Pour over shrimp, drain and serve.

I could never eat rat popper soup, so I was really curious about the recipe. Sweet, but not snappy, and the texture was off. Haven't had time yet to but I assume it would take minutes to make.
