2 1/2 fluid ounces plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup margarine
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups sliced pepper jack cheese
2 pounds sausage, sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Stir together yogurt, salt, margarine, brown sugar and cream cheese. Mix well, roll into 1/2 inch balls and place the pepper jack cheese in one end of each. Place sausage rolls in the other end of each.
Arrange crepe filling in a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
