2 cups milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup vinegar water
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, oil, vinegar, water, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour sauce into baking dish. Cover dish and let cool overnight. Let cool completely.
