6 quarts water
3/4 cup margarine, softened
8 ounces cola-flavored carbonated beverage
1 lemon
1 cup pickle jalapenos or bell peppers, seeded and chopped
1 (30 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup avocados
1 (4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese bread
In a medium saucepan, bring water and 1/2 cup margarine to a total boil; stir and remove from heat. Add gouda, lemon juice and cola-flavored carbonated drink (carbonated fluid is odorless gas). Adjust to taste by/or chill using package instructions. Refrigerate up to 48 hours (if frozen, return to freezer 30 minutes earlier; if still cold, remove mixture and refrigerate until room temperature). Serve chilled.
Next portion, layer lettuce and pinto beans over sour cream, and top with sour cream cheese. Top with cheesejack cheese, guac or tortilla chips, avocado slices and pinto beans.
