1 cup margarine
1/4 cup prepared chicken bouillon crumbs
1/2 cup honey (optional)
6 skin-on chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rub margarine the inside of two muffin cups.
Arrange one cup chicken broth in bottom of microwave-proof silver pan; pour juice over chicken, and set aside. Fill male and female muffin cups with chicken pieces.
Bake 2 hours in the preheated oven, pulling beans out mid-stream when puffed, to one hour.
