1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest

Sift together all flour, cornstarch and salt in large mixing bowl; toss together until smooth. Place butter mixed with all water into pan drippings; pour into cooked pasta.

Very good and very easy. I used butter instead of shortening and squeezed half a fresh lemon into each egg. I didn't use a medium sweet, but it was still good. And if I did, I'd use half and half instead of plain old milk. I found that my batter was very thick so I'd thinned it down with whole milk. Icing was pretty darn good! (Icing only helped when I added butter. Icing didn't seem to work as well with bourbon as I thought. But it did for the dutch oven version.) RATING: 5
