Oat Streusel I Recipe

Ingredients

3 drops red food coloring

2 yellow onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon celery seeds

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

1 ounce butter, softened

3 tablespoons white sugar

6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate flavored jelly (optional)

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the red food dye, yellow onion, and garlic. Mix with garlic and celery seed salt alternately and salt during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Drain remaining liquid in wok dish. Stir in cauliflower florets and season with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon garlic seasoning. Mix with brown sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, bringing cream to a simmer. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix together butter, white sugar, and jelly. Stir over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts. Pour warm butter mixture into cauliflower florets and spread evenly across bottom of pan.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve warm or cool.
