2 (9 inch) graham cracker oven baking sheets
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons water
5 tablespoons uns'alted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C.)
In large mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add 3 cups pecans, 1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon water; blend until well blended. Stir in melted butter until just combined. Spread mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
