3 pepper rings
6 (4 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 (6 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (6 ounce) can mushroom soup
1 small tomato, diced
1 zucchini, peeled and diced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
6 (5 ounce) cans baked beans
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
In a medium bowl, blend pepper rings and tomato paste. Mix tomato soup and mushroom soup. Set aside.
Combine tomato soup and tomato soup in a large saucepan or blender. Mix in beans, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stirring occasionally, heat to desired thickness.
Return drained soup and beans to saucepan. Heat to desired thickness. Sprinkle evenly with tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese.
