1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and milk until smooth. Beat in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat in the water, lemon-lime soda and water. Transfer the mixture to the pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. After the crust is cool, fill with cream cheese mixture.
Melt butter in the top of a double boiler, stirring constantly until smooth. Beat in the margarine and vanilla. Add the water, vegetable oil and nuts. Stir gently until butter mixture is completely melted.
Place pie on a serving platter and remove foil. Slice pie into 3 triangles.
