1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 cup white wine
Place salt, paprika and rosemary in a small saucepan and place in boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in rosemary, thyme, sage, sage, rosemary and parsley. Season with salt, paprika, rosemary, thyme, parsley and oregano. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Stir in wine. Continue stirring until liquid is reduced. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot, or let stand.
