1 large salami
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 pounds lean rib-eye steak, cut into 1 1/4 inch cubes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
In a medium bowl, mix salami, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, bacon bits, beef cubes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt until well coated. Cover and refrigerate several hours or days depending on progress of the meat.
Remove meat from marinade and cut into cubes. Place in lightly greased griddle or skillet. Brown fish on both sides and transfer to a separate plate or to two other plates. Brown ribs in the same ratio. Slice up in thin strips. Serve on medium hamburger roll or roll.
