8 egg whites
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
10 slices bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place egg whites in a small bowl. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir fry chicken several times in oil until golden brown, and turn.
Melt the garlic in the skillet, then add the bacon. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and bacon is cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet. Dip chicken halves into egg white, then place on a baking sheet to dry before using. Sprinkle drippings on top of chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, until chicken is tender. Remove from skillet and brush with vegetable oil. Drizzle with honey and cheese. Discard cheese. Top with shredded cheese, onion, and celery.
