1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package frozen mixed berries, thawed
2 cups diced sharp celery
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping
1 cup sliced almonds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
In a medium bowl, mix the frozen mixed berries, cranberries, sweet orange zest, pineapple, strawberries and whipped topping. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add cranberries, orange zest and pineapple chunks; mix well.
Pour the cranberry mixture into a mixing bowl and whisk in the whipped topping, almonds and olive oil. Fold until everything is completely combined. Freeze mixture until all ingredients are used.
