1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 8 (9 inch) round pans. Mix together the baking chocolate crumbs, sugar, vanilla, orange extract, oil, and milk. Transfer to the prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the baked pie comes out clean. Allow to cool.
