Stuffed Chicken with BBQ Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons molasses

1 1/2 tablespoons chili sauce

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root onion

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 medium tomato, pureed

1 small red onion

Directions

Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag with plastic wrap. Arrange plastic wrap over chicken breasts and pierce bottom and side with fork. Place plastic wrap on all sides of bag. Seal all opening while cooking. Mix together barbecue sauce, salt, oregano, garlic powder, ginger and onion.

Preheat grill for high heat. Place coated chicken breasts on grill and cook 5 to 7 inches from heat, brush with sauce mixture. Brown on all sides. There is no turning while cooking. Turn elsewhere. Brown on each breast for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve chicken over sauce.
