1 (.25 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
3 teaspoons cold lemon juice
5 teaspoons lemon zest
3 (3 ounce) cans sliced candied citrus fruits
5 slices ripe olives
5 sprigs fresh rosemary sprigs, halved
1 green onion - thinly sliced
Mix lemon juice and boiling water in a small bowl. Gradually stir in lemon zest and lemon zest and lemon zest. Gradually stir in pineapple juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Yogurt cheese is optional. Place sliced pineapple on top of bread slices and serve. Garnish with green onion.
