2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root ginger
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, water and vinegar. Mix until smooth. Mix in paprika, chili powder, hot pepper sauce, soy sauce, cinnamon, hot pepper sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, pepper, ginger and black pepper. Finally, stir so that the mixture is covered. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
