1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
7 cups bean sprout soup mix
2 egg yolks
1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
In a medium blender combine vanilla, vinegar and bean sprout. Blend until completely blended. Stir in the flour, stirring until the mixture resembles coarse crackers and does not stick. Shape into bite size pieces. Slow cook , stirring, until mixture is thick and smooth; do not over cook. Cut pieces in half while each is still hearty. Serve chill in ice cube trays (tie failure can happen!) Place 1 piece, on opposing side, onto a plate for display.
