2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons onion powder
5 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound salmon fillets
3 tablespoons basting wine
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons white sugar for garnish
Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan, over medium heat, stir in garlic, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, and salmon fillets. Cook, stirring, until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Transfer salmon to a plate, and sprinkle with basting wine. Spoon marinade over salmon, and toss to coat. Garnish with onion sugar and serve.
