2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 ounces closed salami, cut into 1/4 inch slices
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Place first 4 ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on low.
Cover. Cook on high 4 hours.
