1/4 large pink bell pepper, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
In a medium bowl, brush the olive oil with salt; sprinkle with onion. Brown the cabbage and
