1 pound hot dog meat
1 pound hamburger steak, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon pork seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 cup molasses
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook sausage in oil, stirring constantly. Cook about 3 minutes, or until sausage is browned, and no longer clumps in pan. Stir in hot dog meat, hamburger steak, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, water, molasses and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Place pan on medium heat again.
Remove from heat. Pour into a baking pan. Cover and let cool. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Move to a serving dish.
