Stuffed Potato Peanut Cheeseburgers Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter

1 1/2 teaspoons smooth peanut butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/8 cup cooked, diced potatoes

1/3 cup crushed cornflakes cereal

1/3 cup packed light brown sugar

3 tablespoons corn syrup

3 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and peanut butter together. Mix in the salt, dry mustard and potatoes; stir until creamy. Mix in crushed cornflakes and brown sugar; mix into peanut butter mixture.

Spread peanut butter mixture over Peanut Cheeseburgers in a single layer. Place on a 4-inch cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Check frequently for doneness and doneness should be just past the edges of the Cheesecake. Cool completely on wire rack.

Drain jelly from Peanut Cheesecake. To serve, slice into 1/2-inch slices. Place slices on cookie sheets. Brush top of crust with margarine and sprinkle with remaining peanut butter mixture.
