1 large onion, diced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
6 cups cooked roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
6 green tomatoes, diced
2 medium carrots, diced
2 medium onions, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
In a large bowl, toss the onion, cream of chicken soup, tomatoes, green tomatoes, carrots, onions, oregano, basil and parsley until well coated. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
