1 (12 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, divided
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root ginger
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound cooked low-fat chicken breast meat
1 pound cooked turkey breast meat
1 (8 ounce) can tomato pie filling
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, celery, carrots, curry powder, salt, ginger, pepper and chicken. Cover with broccoli mixture. Let stand overnight.
In a separate bowl, mix steak, turkey, tomato and vegetable broth. Season with bouillon, seasoning salt and curry powder. Mix in chicken and broccoli mixture. Place in large resealable plastic bag and seal completely.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake ready rolled beef/skinless chicken in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
