1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 pinch ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram for garnish
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, white wine, onion, garlic, salt, basil, oregano, rosemary, white pepper, oregano and basil. Mix well. Pour over salad salad in large bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
Really good and very easy to make! Great taste!
