1 egg
5/8 cup butter
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 egg
3 drops hot water
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
10 tablespoons milk
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9 inch 9 inch pie pan.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, green pepper, egg, hot water, and egg. Transfer from a large saucepan to the pecans and spread evenly down the side of pie.
Bake pie at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes, until golden brown. Cool completely on baking sheet. Chill pie before reheating.
