1 (3 ounce) can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup orange juice
8 fluid ounces pineapple juice concentrate
20 fluid ounces kamikaze
Lightly grease two 10-inch jelly jars. In a small pan, combine oranges, orange juice concentrate, kamikaze and citrus zest. Stir in the sprayed citrus zest and mix well to coat.
Place oranges into the jars with lids lifted slightly open. Pour boiling hot water into jars and simmer for 10 minutes. Fill jars with hot pineapple juice concentrate and pour mixture into jars.
