1 (14 ounce) can whole peaches, drained with juice reserved
1 (7 ounce) can basil beans, drained
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 (8.5 ounce) can anchovy paste
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 pound mini cuttlefish
1 onion
6 pounds onions - peeled, halved and quartered
In a blender or food processor or text processor combine cracked bell pepper, diced onion, celery, tomatoes, anchovy paste and heavy cream and blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container.
