6 boneless pork chops
1 cup hot water
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons celery salt
1 teaspoon mustard powder
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Place the salt in a small saucepan, and pour in hot water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer over medium heat until liquid is reduced.
Combine the olive oil, brown sugar, celery salt, mustard powder and flour. Stir until well combined, about 5 minutes. Pour over the chops and turn to coat with the lemon juice.
